Welcome to Concierge Bank. These Terms of Service govern your relationship with our private banking institution, a subsidiary of Richemont Geneva. By opening an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Swiss banking regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
To become a Concierge Bank client, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Meet our account opening requirements and due diligence standards
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
Account Opening and Verification
Our account opening process adheres to Swiss banking standards and includes:
- Identity verification through government-issued documentation
- Source of wealth and funds verification
- Compliance with Swiss Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
- Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as mandated by FINMA
We reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion without providing a reason.
Services Provided
Concierge Bank offers a range of private banking services including:
- Private banking accounts and wealth management
- Elite payment cards (Gold, Platinum, Black)
- International transfers and multi-currency accounts
- Investment advisory and portfolio management
- Maison concierge services for Richemont clientele
Fees and Charges
Account fees, transaction charges, and service costs are outlined in your account agreement and fee schedule. We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' advance notice. Elite card holders may receive fee waivers and preferential rates as detailed in their card benefits.
Client Responsibilities
As a Concierge Bank client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times
- Maintain adequate funds to cover transactions and fees
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of our services
- Update your personal information promptly when changes occur
Security and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We employ Swiss-grade security measures including encryption, multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring. However, you must take reasonable precautions to protect your access credentials.
Liability Limitations
While we strive for excellence, Concierge Bank shall not be liable for:
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access due to client negligence
- Market fluctuations affecting investment values
- Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- Actions taken in compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
Account Termination
Either party may terminate the banking relationship with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or close accounts if:
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
- Regulatory requirements mandate account closure
- Client breaches these Terms of Service
- Account falls below minimum balance requirements
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland, in accordance with the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your online banking portal. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
